How do I book a studio?
Bookings are made securely through Airbnb: choose your studio, click “See availability” and book in a few clicks. Protected payment and direct contact with us.
How does the concierge work?
Message us on WhatsApp before or during your stay: airport transfer, breakfast, driver, spa, bookings or decoration for a special occasion. We organise everything with our partner providers. These services are extra, on request and subject to availability.
Can you pick me up from the airport?
Yes. The airport is about 20 minutes away: a partner driver meets you on arrival and drops you right at the studio. Just send us your flight number.
What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in from 3 pm and check-out before 12 noon. Check-in is self-service (secure key box or smart lock): arrive whenever you like, even late at night.
Is the jacuzzi private?
Yes, each studio has its own jacuzzi on its private, secluded terrace. At the Secret Studio it's available 24/7; in the other studios it can be used during the day and in the evening, but not at night, out of respect for the neighbours.
How many people can stay?
The studios are designed for 2 guests: ideal for a couple, a getaway with a friend or a remote-work stay in the sun.
Do I need to provide ID?
Yes. In line with Moroccan law, a copy of each guest's ID is required to confirm the booking.
Is smoking or partying allowed?
The studios are non-smoking (at Studio Jade you may smoke on the terrace). Parties are not allowed, and quiet is expected at night out of respect for the neighbours.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking is free on site, in a secure residence.
